Shipping Policy for CRYPTICAL (Germany)
1. General Information
1.1. We ship our products within Germany.
1.2. Delivery generally takes place within 3–5 business days after order confirmation, unless otherwise stated.
2. Shipping Costs
2.1. Shipping costs vary depending on the shipping method, delivery address, and total order value. The exact shipping costs are shown during checkout.
2.2. For orders above a certain minimum order value, we may offer free standard shipping. The exact conditions will be stated on our website.
3. Customs and Import Duties
For deliveries within the EU:
No customs or import duties apply to deliveries within the EU.
For deliveries outside the EU:
For deliveries to non-EU countries, additional customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply, determined by the destination country. They depend on the country of manufacture/origin and the product classification and are levied once the parcel reaches the destination country. CRYPTICAL does not collect any duties or taxes at checkout and cannot tell you the amount of any charges, as these vary by country. If such additional charges arise, they must be paid so your parcel can be cleared through customs. The customer is responsible for these costs.
It may therefore be advisable to contact your local customs office before placing your order to avoid unexpected customs charges.
4. Delivery Address
4.1. Please ensure the delivery address you provide is correct and complete. We are not responsible for deliveries to incorrect or incomplete addresses supplied by the customer.
5. Shipment Tracking
5.1. We generally provide tracking for your order. Tracking information will be sent to you by email after dispatch.
6. Delivery Delays
6.1. For pre-order products, the estimated dispatch time is generally 3–4 weeks. After dispatch within Germany, delivery takes an additional 3–5 days. For international deliveries, total delivery times may vary, typically 5–15 days.
7. Damaged or Lost Shipments
7.1. If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact our customer service immediately so we can investigate and find a solution.
8. Collection in Person
8.1. Collection in person is generally not possible. We ship all orders directly to the specified delivery address.
9. Packaging
9.1. We place great importance on environmentally friendly packaging and strive to avoid plastic packaging. Our packaging is recyclable wherever possible.
