1.1 Instructions on Withdrawal

We only accept exchanges. Returns are not accepted. Please check your order carefully before purchase, as exchanges are only possible for faulty or damaged items.

1.2 Exceptions

If a product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so we can find a solution.

1.3 Consequences of Withdrawal

In the case of an exchange, we do not issue refunds, as we only offer product exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you in exchanging the product for another.

1.3.5 Cancellation During PRE ORDER

We do not allow cancellations of orders while we are selling “CRYPTICAL” products on pre-order.

2.1 General Information

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please feel free to contact us.

2.2 Exchange Process

To exchange an item, please contact our customer service at contact@crptcl.com and inform us of your intention to exchange an item. Please include your order number and the items you wish to exchange.

2.3 Condition of Returned Items

Items must be unworn and in perfect condition, including all tags and packaging. We reserve the right to inspect returned items for condition and signs of use before an exchange is made.

2.4 Exchange

Once we have received and inspected the returned items, we can exchange the products for the desired size. Please note that return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
